Our work begins with curiosity — testing ideas, learning from the process, and building things that last. Time spent at studios like BIG, Jean Nouvel, and Aires Mateus shaped our thinking, but what drives us now is making architecture that feels right for its place and moment.
The best projects come from open conversations — listening, sketching, and refining. That’s why we like to work with clients who ask questions, challenge ideas, and look beyond the obvious.

PERF is an architecture studio based in Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca founded in 2023 by Carlos Cardona, Gonzalo Auger, Miquel Benedito, and Sergi Sauras, each bringing distinct expertise from leading international studios such as Bjarke Ingels Group, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, and Aires Mateus.
Carlos Cardona
specializes in the technical development and execution of complex projects, drawing from his experience at ADOS Shanghai and Ateliers Jean Nouvel in Barcelona and Paris.
Gonzalo Auger
brings a strategic balance between design ambition and practicality, gained from leading large-scale projects at Bjarke Ingels Group, where he spearheaded the growth of the Barcelona office.
Miquel Benedito
has led international competitions and high-profile projects across studios like BIG, GINA Barcelona, and RQP Arquitectura, with a comprehensive approach from concept to delivery
Sergi Sauras
offers a multidisciplinary perspective, combining a background in architecture and fine arts; and business experience from studios like Bjarke Ingels Group, Aires Mateus, and Walt Disney Imagineering. He is also a professor at the Universitat Ramon Llull.
Together, we form a leadership team that unites creativity, technical precision, and business acumen to deliver innovative, high-quality architectural solutions.
